Founder and CEO of Sharpen Your Edge. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years. Her passion is ensuring hygienists can enjoy long, fulfilling careers by improving safety, comfort, and ease in their daily work.

Christine M. Gialanella, RDH

Sharpener: DFW, TX

Director of Training and Operations. She is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist with over 31 years of experience. Originally from Binghamton, NY, she graduated from Broome Community College in 1995 and spent the last 27 years practicing in Rochester, NY.

Angela Barnes, RDH

Sharpener: Prosper/ McKinney, TX

She graduated from Southern University at Shreveport in 2006. With over 20 years of dental experience, she is known for being compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to helping patients dental care.

Nikita LH Young, RDH, MS, BS

Sharpener: Celina / Prosper, TX

She has been a Licensed Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience in the dental field. She completed her dental hygiene degree from Texas Woman's University. For the past five years, she has also served as a Clinical Adjunct Instructor for the Collin College Dental Hygiene Program, mentoring and educating future dental hygiene professionals.

Jennifer Singleton, RDH, BA

Sharpener: North Texas / Dallas, TX

She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2013 with a BS in Dental Hygiene and has over 14 years of experience practicing dental hygiene in general dentistry. She is currently aspiring to attend dental school to expand my scope of practice and provide patient care in a broader capacity.

Samantha Hawkins, RDH, BA

Sharpener: Laredo, Texas

She is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 14 years of experience in dentistry and more than eight years of clinical hygiene experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M International University and an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Coastal Bend College. Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Kellie Ratajczak, RDH

Sharpener: Ann Arbor / Detroit, MI

She has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 26yrs. While in dental hygiene school she was trained as a periodontal assistant. She attended Mott College for dental hygiene and became local anesthesia certified at University of Michigan.
